my calligraphy...

modern, traditional, and even a little funky!

Calligraphy on your invitations will be the first glimpse that your guests get of whats

to come. It announces your invitation has arrived! Having your invitations addressed

in calligraphy is the ultimate in style and class. It can compliment even the most

expensive invitations as well as make a more modest, less expensive invitation look

fabulous!

Typically invitations go out six weeks prior to the wedding.

My turnover time can be as quick as 24-48 hours if necessary.  If there are no time issues, 1-2 weeks prior to your target mailing date is ideal.

making the list:

After you have finalized your guest list, it is time to gather the addresses. I have no problem working with spreadsheets or your print on notebook paper!

Here are some hints before you start...Please have the names on your list prepared EXACTLY as you would like them to look on your invitations…and instead of &,Street instead of St.,North Carolina instead of NC.

Also, if you are abiding by proper ettiquette...be sure that your outer addresses are formal…Mr. and Mrs. Francis X. Borkowski, etc.

The inner envelope is your less formal…Frank and Jen, Grandma and Grandpa, etc.

There are several sites with excellent etiquette guidelines. I will be happy to forward this information along to you.
